Return and exchange
To exchange or return the product, make sure that no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase. Prepare all the necessary documents and contact the BMS auto store.
**Required documents:**
A document confirming the purchase (cashier's receipt or invoice).
Document confirming identity.
**Rules for exchanging and returning goods:**
Product exchange is possible if:
A cashier's receipt (disbursement invoice) about the purchase of the goods is available.
Preserved appearance of the product and its components: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, scuffs, and for products in a single-use (blister) package - if the package has not been opened.
The product has no signs of use.
