To exchange or return a product, please make sure that no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase. Contact us by phone listed on the website or by email.
**Required documents:**

A document confirming the purchase (payment receipt and delivery note).
An identity document.

**Rules for product exchange and return:**
A product exchange is possible if:

A payment receipt (delivery note) confirming the purchase of the product is available.
The product and all of its components retain their original appearance: there is no mechanical damage, scratches, or scuffs, and for products in single-use (blister) packaging — if the packaging has not been opened.
The product shows no signs of use.
